Since the '80s SIMS has gained an increasing recognition in the field of toll manufacturing with projects with the major Pharma Companies; advanced technologies are available to satisfy the needs on a exclusive basis.

The R&D group includes highly qualified Chemists with experience in the field: our approach consists of a technical/economical evaluation, environmental impact and process safety, and ensures competitive solutions.

Our mission is to:

• Process development for NCEs, existing APIs or advanced intermediates with the scope of quick project evaluation and its feasibility.


• Periodic re-evaluation and improvements of existing processes.


• CUSTOM services on the basis of secrecy and exclusive agreements right from the birth of the project.


• Preparation of samples and impurities.

Our Laboratory utilizes one Labmax (Mettler Toledo).
Analitycal support is actively provided by both an internal QC unit and external qualified partners.
Our GMP pilot unit consists of 2 glass lined lines, up to 800 liters, one stainless steel line, up to 1000 liters, two centrifuges and distillation capability (inox) both normal and under vacuum.
The close cooperation with our Regulatory Affairs function provides for a fast compilation and submission of DMFs to EU, USA and other regulated markets.
